BIOGRAPHY

Attorney Courtney J. Sutton was born and raised in Canal Fulton, Ohio. A graduate of Northwest High School, she attended The Ohio State University as a student of the Fisher College of Business.  Attorney Sutton then graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Attorney Sutton earned her Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law in May of 2010, during which time she worked as a family law fellow with the Schiller DuCanto & Fleck Family Law Center and as a law clerk at Walgreens corporate headquarters in Deerfield, Illinois, with a primary focus on corporate regulatory compliance.

After graduation from law school and admission to the Florida Bar, Attorney Sutton worked as an Assistant Public Defender with the Law Office of the Public Defender in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  As an Assistant Public Defender, Attorney Sutton represented children and adults charged with serious felony offenses including grand theft, aggravated assault and battery, burglary, fleeing and eluding a police officer, possession of narcotics, and unemployment compensation fraud.

Attorney Sutton entered into private civil practice as co-managing litigation counsel of Florida P.I.P. Law Firm in Boca Raton, Florida. At Florida P.I.P., Attorney Sutton assisted physicians and medical providers in pursuing legal claims against various health and automobile insurance companies.

Attorney Sutton joined Perantinides & Nolan Co., L.P.A. in March of 2014.  She focuses her legal practice on claims of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and nursing home negligence.

Attorney Sutton resides in Jackson Township, Ohio and is licensed to practice law in both Florida (Bar No. 86000) and Ohio (Bar No. 91764).

BIOGRAPHY

Matthew J. Ludwig was raised in Fredonia, New York and graduated from Fredonia High School in 2010. Matt then attended the University of Buffalo, receiving a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies and a Minor in Philosophy of Professional Ethics. He was accepted into the University Of Akron School Of Law in 2014. 

During law school, Matt worked as a law clerk in a domestic relations law firm in Canton and a full service law firm in Akron. Matt then worked as a Legal Intern at Perantinides & Nolan, Co. L.P.A. for the final year of his legal studies before becoming an attorney with the firm.

Matt received his Juris Doctor from the School of Law in May of 2017 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 2017.

BIOGRAPHY

Antonios P. Tsarouhas was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania in 1967 and is now married to Linda L. Tsarouhas.  They have two children, Panagiotis and Katerina. Mr. Tsarouhas is fluent in Greek.

Mr. Tsarouhas attended Penn State University (1985-1987) and University of Pittsburgh (1988-1989), graduating with a B.A. in Economics and Finance.  He then attended Ohio Northern University College of Law (1991-1994) J.D.

Mr. Tsarouhas is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio (1994) Registration No. 0064110.  He began practicing in 1994 with the law firm of Perantinides & Nolan. He is currently engaged in professional medical negligence, products liability, premises liability, vehicular liability, and wrongful death cases in both the trial and appellate level in State and Federal Courts for plaintiffs.

2023 Marked Mr. Nolan's 50th year as an attorney! On April 3, he was officially recognized by the Ohio State Bar Association honoring his 50 years of service.

Chris Nolan was born in Skopia, Greece in 1947 and raised in the Akron, Ohio area. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1970 with a B.A. in History.  Mr. Nolan is a 1973 graduate from the University of Akron School of Law and was licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1973.

Mr. Nolan began practicing law in 1973 with the law firm of Schwab, Sager, Grosenbaugh, Rothal, Fort, Skidmore & Nukes.  Currently a partner in the law firm of Perantinides & Nolan.  Mr. Nolan also serves as a private Mediator. 

Mr. Nolan is a frequent lecturer at local and statewide seminars lecturing on subjects including insurance law; trial practice and litigation techniques and has authored numerous course materials and chapters in publications in conjunction with the lectures. He has been a frequent lecturer and contributor to a number of articles regarding trial practice and personal injury litigation in Ohio for the Legal Center Institute, American Arbitration Association, and Akron Bar Association. 

Mr. Nolan has also been chosen as a Mentor for the Ohio Supreme Court.

2019 Marked Mr. Perantinides 50th year as an attorney! On April 15, he was officially recognized by the Ohio State Bar Association honoring his 50 years of service.

Paul Perantinides was born in Youngstown, Ohio, in 1944. He is a Campbell Memorial High School Alumni. In 1966, Mr. Perantinides graduated from Youngstown State University with a B.A. in Social Studies. He went on to study at the University of Akron School of Law, graduating in 1969. He is currently licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania.

In 1966, Mr. Perantinides was commissioned in the United States Army and was honorably discharged as captain in 1971. At this point, he began practicing law with the firm of Schwab, Sager, Grosenbaugh, Rothal, Fort, Skidmore, & Nukes Co., L.P.A., becoming a partner in the firm in 1974. He is currently a partner in the firm of Perantinides & Nolan Co., L.P.A. Mr. Perantinides brings a level of passion to the practice of law that reflects his personal belief in our country’s justice system.  He is a trial lawyer dedicated to representing the rights of injured individuals and their families who have been harmed by medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injuries and defective products at both the trial and appellate levels of the state and federal courts.
