Robert Horton was born on April 21st, 1980 in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.  He graduated from the University of Akron in 2002 with a B.A., where he majored in political science and minored in math. He went on to study at the University of Akron School of Law, graduating in 2008 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He was admitted to bar on Nov. 17th, 2008.

After 2 years of solo practice, Mr. Horton joined Perantinides & Nolan, Co. L.P.A. in October of 2010. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State and Akron Bar Associations. Mr. Horton's practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, intentional torts, criminal defense, domestic relations, and appellate work.

Mr. Horton is married to the former Jennifer Misanko, and has two daughters, Madelynn and Lillian.
