Mark J. Dvorak, Attorney at Law
Mark, a northeastern Ohio native, was born and raised in Geauga County playing sports and participating in 4-H where he raised farm animals competing at the Geauga County and Ohio State Fairs. As a Four Year First Honors graduate of Trinity High School in Garfield Heights, Mark excelled in his math, science and pre-engineering coursework. Mark went on to study and graduate from the University Of Akron College Of Engineering specializing in water quality, treatment and distribution. He has been admitted to practice in The State of Ohio and in the Northern District Of Ohio (Federal Court).
After his undergraduate studies, Mark began working with and mentoring the student athletes as a Graduate Assistant while enrolled at the University Of Akron School Of Law. Although his elective focus included business, intellectual property and wills, Mark’s calling for trial work and litigation was discovered during his time on the school’s Mock Trial Team.
Mark has worked in a design engineering firm, multiple city engineering departments, a construction company, a student athlete support program, an intellectual property law firm and the City of Akron Mediation Department. All of these experiences provide Mark with the foundation to represent clients with a variety of needs and goals. Mark’s professional interests include: Products Liability, Probate Administration, Estate Planning, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, and Intellectual Property. He has been admitted to practice in The State of Ohio and in the Northern District Of Ohio (Federal Court).
