Akron, Ohio — Perantinides & Nolan Co., L.P.A. is proud to be featured in The University of Akron School of Law's "Celebrating Endowed Funds," highlighting the newly established Perantinides & Nolan Co. LPA Endowed Scholarship.
Established in 2026, the scholarship supports outstanding and deserving students pursuing a legal education at The University of Akron School of Law. It represents an investment in students, and in the future strength of the legal profession and our community.
A $150,000 Matching Opportunity
To accelerate the scholarship's impact, a $150,000 matching opportunity encourages others to join in. Gifts to support law scholarships will be matched dollar-for-dollar, expanding the financial assistance available to law students and strengthening Akron Law's ability to attract and support talented scholars.
Rooted in Akron Law
Both of the firm's founding partners are Akron Law graduates.
Paul G. Perantinides earned his law degree from the UA School of Law in 1969. A highly regarded trial attorney, he has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 1995 and was named its "Lawyer of the Year" in 2015. He is also one of the American Trial Lawyers Association's "Top 100 Trial Lawyers."
Chris T. Nolan graduated from the UA School of Law and began practicing law in 1973. In addition to his work as a partner at the firm, he serves as a private mediator and is a frequent lecturer at local and statewide seminars on insurance law, trial practice, and litigation techniques. He has lectured and contributed articles on trial practice and personal injury litigation in Ohio for the Legal Center Institute and the Akron Bar Association.
Perantinides & Nolan is driven by a deep commitment to public service and the belief that justice should be accessible to all. Supporting the next generation of Akron Law students is one more way the firm puts that belief into action.
