Paul G. Perantinides, ’66, a Theta Chi alumnus and Akron attorney, initiated the fundraising effort in October 2011. Paul Zaffaroni and Angelo Ford, both 1969 graduates, motivated support for the $100,000 goal by launching an email campaign to chapter alumni nationwide.
